Katherine Morgan Raney indicated she was told that her grandmother was a passenger on the train returning home when she started having labor pains. The train would not continue with grandmother about to deliver a baby, so the train stopped in the nearest town and the baby, Lucille, was born in Lonoke, Ar. Virgie died March 30, 1983 in Grenda, MS. Virgie is buried at Fairview Cemetery, near Boyle, MS
She married John Edward Morgan September 10, 1941 in Lake Village, Chicot Co. AR. John was born 1922/1923. John is the son of Marion Council and Mary Lou Green.
