He married Zelma Ann Kirk January 18, 1859 in Paulding Co, GA. Zelma was born July 6, 1841 in Cleburne Co., AL. Zelma was the daughter of Laurence B. Kirk and Margaret H. Scott. Zelma died March 23, 1906.
John Willis Allgood and Zelma Ann Kirk had the following children:
3107 i. Ella9 Allgood was born in Cleburne Co., AL September 27, 1859. Ella died July 9, 1921 in Polk Co., FL. She married Thomas Jones Matthews. Thomas was born 1854. Thomas was the son of Martha M Clark. Thomas died 1944 in Polk Co., FL.
3108 ii. Mary Zelma Allgood was born June 23, 1861.
3109 iii. John Thomas Allgood was born August 11, 1863.
3110 iv. Martha Dellray Allgood was born January 3, 1866.
3111 v. Lawrence Young Allgood was born May 21, 1871.
3112 vi. Hannah Rebecca Allgood was born in Cleburne Co., AL June 10, 1875. Hannah died April 27, 1877 in Paulding Co., GA. Her body was interred in Allgood Meth. Ch, Paulding County, Georgia.
