He married JoAnn Daniel March 30, 1956 in Buchanan, Haralson Co., GA. JoAnn was born May 30, 1936 in Cherokee Co., AL. JoAnn was the daughter of William Lewis Daniel and Ina Peace. JoAnn died May 29, 2004. Obit: JoAnn Daniel Hutcheson, age 67, of Buchanan passed away Saturday, May 29, 2004. Mrs. Hutcheson was the long time Clerk Of Superior Court of Haralson County. She was preceded death by her husband, James Hutcheson. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, J. Daniel and Patty S. Hutcheson of Buchanan; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Fred and Marie Ezzell and Sheila McDowell all of Buchanan; one grandchild, Kathryn Rose Hutcheson of Buchanan; a number of other relatives. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 1, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. from the Buchnan United Methodist Church with Rev. Robby McMahan officiating. Interment to follow in the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Leamon Stephens, Eddie Hulsey, Jack Witcher, Max Witcher, Chalmus Weatherby, Oscar Addison, Mark Murphy, and Vaughn Gable. Honorary pallbearers will be Superior Court Clerks of Georgia, staff of the Haralson County Superior Court Clerk's Office, and staff of Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel.
