Alexander died November 11, 1931 in Dalhart, Dalhart Co., TX. Alexander is buried in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Dalhart, Dalhart Co., TX

He married Theodosia Florence Kirk June 28, 1879 in Belleville, Republic Co., KS. Theodosia was born April 16, 1845 in Dublin, Wayne Co., IN. Theodosia was the daughter of Benjamin Kirk and Eliza Jane Holman. Theodosia died September 18, 1913 in Bend, Crook Co., OR.

Alexander Washington Allgood and Theodosia Florence Kirk had the following children:
