Shirley died December 23, 2015 in Forsyth Co., NC. OBIT: Mrs. Shirley Beamon Billings, 69, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Billings was born September 19, 1946 in Yadkin County to Luther and Ina Mae Allgood Beamon. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Billings was preceded in death by a sister, Ethel Shore; a brother, Johnny Beamon; and a brother-in-law, Mike Ratledge. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Roger Lee Billings; three children, Lynn (Rocky) Matthews, Wendy (Kyle) White, and Johnny (Stephanie) Buelin; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one sister, Kathy Ratledge. A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, December 27, 2015 at 2:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Gospel Way Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
She married twice. She married Roger lee Billings.
