She was born June 9, 1915 in Lawrence County to Elza and Lulu (Lutes) Blackwell.
Pauline was a Homemaker, member of the South Union Christian Church, Monroe County Home Extension, and the O.D.O. Club.
Surviving family members include sons, William (Shirley) Blackketter of Bloomington, Indiana, Robert (Tessa) Blackketter of Martinsville, Indiana, Dan Blackketter of Silver Springs, Florida, Richard (Charlotte) Blackketter of Bloomington, Indiana, daughter, Suellen (Kent) Crane of Fort Wayne, Indiana, nine grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Oscar Harold Blackketter, brothers, Leithel Blackwell, Harold Blackwell, sisters, Ruth Love, and Mable Vierling.
