7448. Elbert Gerald10 Hutson (Manson Governor9, Louellen8 Staggs, Rachel7 Allgood, Spencer6, Edward5, William4 Algood, Edward3 Allgood, William2, Edward1 Algood) was born in Parke Co., IN January 26, 1908. Elbert died December 12,1983 in Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN.
He married twice. He married Mary Evelyn Fiscus. Mary was born May 27, 1915 in Mecca, Parke Co., IN. Mary was the daughter of Roy Fiscus and lola Montgomery. Mary died April 8, 2011 in Terre Haute, Vigo Co., IN. OBIT: Mary Evelyn Hutson of Rockville, and formerly of Bloomingdale, died at 12:45 a.m. Friday in Meadows Manor North at Terre Haute. She was 95.
Mrs. Hutson previously worked for 19 years at Kraft Foods in Marshall and at Gobblers Knob near Bloomingdale. She previously attended the Mecca Christian Church.
She was born May 27, 1915, at Mecca, to Roy and Lola (Montgomery) Fiscus. She married Elbert G. Hutson. He died Dec. 12, 1983.
Survivors include: two daughters, Wanda Byers (William) Byers of Terre Haute and Mary Ann (Don) Busick of Plainfield; daughter-in-law Gwen Hutson of Allen, Texas; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Son Gerald Hutson, sister Marge Rust and brother Robert Fiscus are deceased.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at Barnes and Rice Funeral Home, 111 E. High St., Rockville, with the Rev. Don Perry officiating. Burial will be at Poplar Grove Cemetery at Marshall. Friends may call noon until the time of services Sunday.
He married Katherine Frances Gamble March 29,1927 in IN. Katherine was born February 23, 1910. Katherine was the daughter of Charles Grover Gamble and Bssie Alice Fritz. Katherine died February 5,1984 in Clinton, Vermillion Co., IN.
Elbert Gerald Hutson and Mary Evelyn Fiscus had the following children:
