He married Allie Belle Day February 28, 1900. Allie was born July 12, 1878 in Geptha, KY. Allie was the daughter of Crag Day and Jane Csskey. Allie died June 12, 1948 in West Liberty, Morgan Co., KY.

John Aaron Fairchild and Allie Belle Day had the following children:

 5233 ii. Carma Ethel Fairchild was born August 30, 1904.

 5234 iii. Edna Fairchild was born in Pendleton Co., KY 1906.

 5235 iv. Ella Fairchild was born in Morgan Co., KY February 2, 1914. Ella died September 21, 1995 in Kettering, Montgomery Co., OH. She married (____) Myers.
