8281 ii. Clifton Boyd Allgood was born in Warren Co., NC May 29, 1925. Clifton died March 4, 1997 in Newport News, VA. OBIT: Clifton B. Allgood, 71, died Tuesday, March 4, 1997 in Riverside Regional Medical Center. A native of Warren County, N.C., he had been a Peninsula resident since 1955.
