He married Eunice May Green September 18;, 1884 in Paris, Edgar Co., IL. Eunice was born May 12, 1861 in Edgar Co., IL. Eunice was the daughter of Charles Frisbee Green and Rachel Rock. Eunice died March 2, 1930 in Paris, Edgar Co., IL.

Noah Staggs and Eunice May Green had the following children:

 2362 i. Athel⁹ Staggs was born in Marshall, Parke Co., IN February 20, 1887. Athel died January 31, 1969 in Paris, Edgar Co., IL. He married Malinda (___). Malinda was born April 18,1883. Malinda died September 3, 1971 in Paris, Edgar Co., IL.

 2363 ii. Maude Rachel. Staggs was born October 1890.

 2364 iii. Zackory Taylor Staggs was born in Edgar Co., IL October 14, 1891. Zackory died November 15, 1966 in Paris, Edgar Co., IL.

 2365 iv. Taylor Staggs was born in Paris, Edgar Co., IL October 14,1892. Taylor died November 15,1966 in Paris, Edgar Co., IL.

 2366 v. Willliam J Staggs was born in Edgar Co., IL June 9, 1897. Willliam died April 1974 in Decatur, Marion Co., IL.

 2367 vi. Arthelia Staggs was born January 24, 1899.
