She married James W. Stegall. James was born Novemeber 12,1921 in Polk Co., GA. James was the son of W. W. Stegall and Bessie Mae White. James died May 30,1998 in Rome, Floyd Co., GA. OVIT: Mr. James W. Stegall, age 76, of Aragon, died Saturday, May 30, 1998 in a Rome hospital. He was born December 12, 1921 in Polk County and was the owner and operator of Stegall Sand Company. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in World War II. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Frances Imogene Parham Stegall; his parents, W. W. and Bessie Mae White Stegall; and a brother, R. V. Stegall. Survivors include his wife Margaret Violet Haney Stegall of Aragon; a son, James K. Stegall of Rockmart; two daughters, Jean McClain of Cedartown and Nancy Brown Miller of Aragon; three brothers, Harry Stegall of Rockmart, E. C. Stegall of Albany, Ga. And Ralph Stegall of Rockmart; two sisters, Mildred Bramlett of Rockmart and Margaret Sharp of Cartersville; and six grandchildren. Funeral Services were held Monday, June 1, 1998 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of the Freeman Harris Funeral Home with the Rev. Calvin Brown and Mr. Steve Rhinehart officiating. Interment followed in Rockmart Memorial Gardens with Rockmart American Legion Post #12 in charge of military graveside rites. Pallbearers included Todd Stegall, Jerry Pugh, Stephen Miller, O.C. Forrister, David Graham, Billy Stegall, Milon McMillian and Tim Parks. Freemen Harris Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Frances Imogene Parham and James W. Stegall had the following children:
